Information for incoming Erasmus students
  1. This is an online application form
  2. Read the information about Application Procedure carefully: ("Information on how to apply to Genoa as an Erasmus student")
  3. Fill in this form completely and carefully
  4. After completing the form, push "Data confirmation" and your application will be registered in the Erasmus Incoming database of University of Genoa
  5. Print the confirmed Application Form and sign it (please note that only "Confirmed" applications can be printed)
  6. Ask your home University to complete, sign and stamp the section dedicated to "Sending Institution"
  7. Send by surface mail (fax and e-mail are NOT accepted), within 40 days from your online confirmation date (Please note that the date of the postmark won't be considered), the complete Application Form to:

    The complete Application Form sent by surface mail, has to be received by the above mentioned Office within 40 days from the date of the online confirmation of your Application Form.
  8. The Application Form procedure is complete and correct only after the University of Genoa - International Mobility Office receives, by surface mail (fax and e-mail are NOT accepted) your Application Form completed and duly signed in all sections within 40 days from the online procedure. Please note that the date of the postmark won't be considered. You will receive a confirmation message from International Mobility Office of University of Genoa.
  9. Remember : if the complete and signed Application Form is not submitted , by surface mail (fax and e-mail are NOT accepted) to the International Mobility Office - University of Genoa within 40 days from the online confirmation date (Please note that the date of the postmark won't be considered) , your Application Form will be deleted from the database and the place will be available for other students applying. You will receive a message concerning the cancellation of your Application from the database.
  10. In any case you will receive a message concerning the status of your Application.
